U.S. - Molding Shop

Our flagship facility opened in Jackson, MS in 1995 with 4 molding machines. In 2008, we relocated our original facility from Jackson to Flora, MS. Throughout the years, we have maintained our founders’ belief that “you should only buy what you can afford.” Despite economic pressures, we remain unleveraged to ensure that our doors will be open for business.

Currently, our molding facility includes 13 Nissei molding machines with capacity ranging from 40 to 500 tons. The average age of each machine is 7 years. Our shop also includes 5 Maguire gravimetric mixers and a plethora of dehumidifying dryers, hoppers, thermulators, chillers, scales, and material transportation equipment.

Additionally we operate a full metrology lab, which includes:

CMM Machine with PC Dims software
Photo-spectrometer
Color matching Light booth
Weight scale (Accurate to .0001 gm.)

We handle the following engineering plastics:

Nylons (all types) – filled and unfilled	PBT – filled and unfilled
ABS – regular and fire resistant	Acetyls – filled and unfilled
Polypropylene – filled and unfilled	Polycarbonate – clear and filled
Acrylic – clear and custom colored	Composite materials – PC+PVT, PC+ABS, etc.
